RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All parcels are allowed to be opened and checked upon delivery. If you receive your parcel and the fabric is not what you expected or you simply don't like it, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request a return.

Once the returned parcel is received and checked, your eligible refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• The original flyer/invoice must be included.
• All stickers, tags, and original packaging must be returned.
• The product should be packed in the same condition in which you received it.
• The complete parcel and its original packaging should be returned safely.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you choose to return your order, the return courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Please contact us before sending your parcel back so we can guide you through the return process.

REFUND

After we receive and inspect the returned parcel, the eligible refund amount will be transferred to your provided bank account.

Refund processing may take a few business days depending on the bank/payment method.
